  • Payment of the outstanding balance: Payment of the outstanding balance must be made in person and before the start of the programmed activities in Cusco, for no reason will you be allowed to take the guided tours if you fail to pay the outstanding balance.
  • Rates: The rates of our programs are subject to change according to the currency trend in the market.   • Modifications: The date modifications requested by the client will have a penalty of 5% of the total price, the modifications corresponding to Machu Picchu are not feasible for any reason as well as modifications before 48 hours of any other tour. With respect to hotel modifications, the client is subject to the policies of the hotel establishment.
  • Cancellations and cancellations: Any cancellation or annulment of service requested by the client will be subject to a penalty for administrative expenses of 25% of the total price of the contracted service, except for tours corresponding to Machu Picchu, which are subject to a penalty of 50%; refunds will be made within 30 working days after receiving the client’s request.   • NO SHOW: In case of no-show, no refund will be made and the tour is considered a NO SHOW.

  • Responsibilities of the company: ARACARI EXPEDITIONS is obliged to comply with 100% of the services contracted by the client, in unforeseen cases if the services were not to be fulfilled according to the stipulated in this contract and this responsibility is attributable to the company, the customer is obliged to demand full reimbursement for services not provided, in such cases the travel agency is committed to seek the best alternative solutions and provide all facilities to repair the damage caused; fortuitous cases such as: social problems, governmental actions, weather conditions, natural disasters, epidemics, pandemics or any other factor that prevents the free development of activities are not attributable to the travel agency.
  • To send a digital reservation voucher: By making the payment of the reservation, you accept the terms and conditions present in the present document, you give your free and express consent for the processing of your personal data, which implies the collection and use of these with the sole purpose of updating them in our database and purposes of the contracted services, in turn accepts to have been informed and advised about the exposure involved in tourist activities in its different modalities.
